I’m so proud to be a sponsor of the 7th annual Connor’s Climb Foundation 5K & Family Walk this year, which happens on May 4th! This wonderful event is designed to help prevent suicide through awareness and education and has been changing lives across the state.
Connor’s Climb Foundation was established to advocate for mental health awareness and education, suicide prevention and provide funds for vital training in New Hampshire communities, something I strongly advocate for.
Each year, I set aside a portion of my closing earnings to donate to multiple charities across the Seacoast as a way to give back to the community, and Connor’s Climb is one of these beneficiaries.
Since its launch, 29,000 New Hampshire students have gone through the Connor’s Climb SOS Signs of Suicide program, and they’ve served 63 schools in the state free of charge.
This year’s walk is next to SST – Seacoast School of Technology at 40 Linden Street in Exeter, NH. This is a relatively flat course that welcomes all runner levels. Parking is free and strollers and pets are welcome!
All funds raised for this year’s walk will stay local and fund programs in schools and municipalities for suicide prevention.
