Embrace Spring: Home Maintenance, Real Estate, & Local Recognitions

Spring has arrived on the Seacoast of NH, bringing longer days and a renewed sense of energy. In this post, I’ll discuss some essential home maintenance tasks as we bid farewell to winter, provide insights on the climate of our local real estate market, and highlight one of our local gems.

March Home Maintenance Checklist

The change in season calls for some spring cleaning. Here are five simple ideas to check off your list:

  • Let it shine! Wipe down lamps and mirrors.
  • Start putting away heavy coats, hats, and mittens to make room for raincoats and rain boots.
  • Head outside and spruce up the patio furniture and get the garden tools ready! You’ll be spending more time outside soon enough!
  • Dust those hard-to-reach places way up high and the baseboards down low.
  • Inspect the exterior of your home for winter damage and make repairs as needed
